I'm starting to create a brew schedule which will allow me to be drinking the beers I brew when I want to rather than continue the sporadic, disorganized brewing I've been doing. To that end, since I know what my next few brews will be, it only makes sense to order ingredients for multiple batches at once. If I order liquid yeast for a brew day that's 2-3 months away, will its viability be compromised too much? I plan on making a starter for these brews/yeasts and also plan on stepping them up (from a single vial) for a 10 gallon batch. Will the Mr. Malty pitch calculator answer all my questions?
Me: I'm gonna drink a Boon Geuze.
SWMBO: You're a booze goon.
