What category for Surly Bender?

After watching a recent Brewing TV, I am brewing the Surly Bender this weekend.
Does anyone who has had this beer have an idea of what BJCP category this would fit into?

I am thinking 10 - B, American Ales Amber /
Any thoughts are welcome.

I'd go American Brown (10C).

That is plan B. Of course I will wait until it is done, taste and then decide.
Of course I could pull a Jon Plise and enter in both

I brewed this beer recently and I'm not sure that it will do well in either category because judges may find the massive presence of aromatic malt and the british yeast not to style. Out of curiosity, did you buy the Northern Brewer kit, or were you able to find the golden oats at your LHBS?

I Kept it simple and bought the kit, probably the first time I have done that in the last few years.

Turn it into Coffee Bender or add cacao and vanilla to turn it into Moe's Bender and enter it as spice/herb/veg or cat 23

I ended up dry hopping half of my batch, which is not really the real bender because I don't like caramel malts and backed way off of them and then adjusted the OG to 1.048. The dry hopped version is awesome and I think that it might stand a chance as an American Brown in comp.

American brown. Bender is not an amber ale. I'd say it's one of the best commercial brown ales out there.
