I just mashed in a Union Jack clone.........lots of late hops and even more dry hops!!

Just finished brewing JZ's Flanders Red.
Skibbereen Brewing

Kegged: Pale Ale, Smoked Almond Brown Ale, Watermelon Wit, Cream Stout
Bottled: Smoked Almond Brown Ale, Mai-Doppelbock
Primary: Lemon Lime Hefeweizen
Secondary: Flanders Red, Consecration/La Roja Experiment

Just pitched WLP0001 into a amber with a pound of rye in it... Hope it turns out good... It's my first all grain batch!
