I just relocated from NJ to Boulder, CO. I'm looking to set my brewery back up ASAP, and I'm wondering what are the local homebrew shops, and which one carries the best selection of yeast?

One more question: any idea where to get distilled water 10 gallons at a time (other than a gallon at a time at safeway)? I left my RO filter in NJ.
