i just finished a little experiment, made a german pilsner and added 5 lbs rauchmalt. should be really interesting.original gravity is 1.056.

Latest iteration of my Game Night Pale Ale (simcoe/amarillo). This time, I upped the gravity a fair bit and turned the hops up to eleven to see if I could scale it into a IIPA. I mean, with six ounces of aroma/flavor hops alone it'll be hard to go wrong here.
