Boil on! Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Amber. It's a balmy 23° today. Perfect day for brewing. Did the mash indoors (electric bucket heater for hlt) so I did the mash even before I had to put my pants on. Did wimp out when I took the wort outside to boil.
