Saving Justin.tv videos for later viewing

Is there a way to save the videos for later viewing?

I have a sucky connection at home and don't have the patience to watch them in 3 second clips.

I use Flash Video Downloader add-on for Firefox.

i second this one... works on all video sites except netflix.
