By the way it's 52 and all the snow melted after the thunderstorm rolled through this morning. In MI. Crazy.

Just finished brewing an Oktoberfest from JZ's recipe, well, adjusted slightly for a lack of Vienna malt!
Third brew on my new Blichmann TopTier, all electric brewery. hit the numbers right on, and had a pretty relaxing brew day to boot. Sweet.
