I"m brewing a Kolsch today.

And it's not snowing.

Just finished pitching my yeast to Celebration Ale. Dean Larson's Recipe which is spot on.

Just pitched a bunch of Vinnie's buggy oak chips into the nut brown ale I brewed two weeks ago. I've had those chips for a while, I hope the bugs will still do their thing.

Brewed a Pumpkin Ale today, chiller got clogged up.

Just pitched into a mild, loosely based on Holdens Black county mild. First brew with the new, electric, Toptier based system, so didn't want to risk too much grain! No disasters. I plan to brew the Riggwelter clone on Thursday also, to help with the "dial in".
Also kegged my Wee Heavy today (from BCS), came in at 10.2% ABV. That's the brew for next Christmas.

Just brewed a Belgian Pale Ale/Patersbier and a Vienna Lager. Looking forward to both of these in a couple of weeks!
