It is killer man! If you bottle, put two drops of coconut extract in each bottle. Do that with 10 of them. I had a ton of success with just that during the last years competition cycle.

I appreciate the suggestion! This batch will be bottled with hopes there will be a few left over to compete against you next summer in the MI Beer Cup. I will have to try the coconut extract. Do you get any flavor from doing this or mostly aroma?

I cant reply to your pm as it seems you have pm's blocked. Change your status and I will get back with you.

Just started heating up the HLT and Mash water. Brewing a recipe that will be close to Sierra Nevada's Celebration Ale. :jnj

Belgian Stout sounds really good. I'll have to try that. I'm conditioning a Belgian Barlywine, used Wyeast 1762 and can't wait to try it, needs at least another month to taste. Aging Belgian Strong Dark too. Black IPA in seconday and Imperial Honey IPA in primary now. Takin a break till after Xmas to brew again.

Filling water buckets (ahh brewing without running water) and then headed down to the barn to whip up an IPA. Going to give brew in a bag a shot.
