It's 6 PM on a saturday night, I raked up the remainder of the leaves, put my winter tires on, changed the oil and cleaned the gutters. No plans for tonight, so it actually seems like a good idea to squeeze in a German Pilsener brew session. Water is boiling, and time to grind some grain. Wonder how I'll feel about that decision when midnight rolls around!
