I see how this would help with attinuation but by adding belgian candi syrup at end of boil create carmalized flavors and meld better with the malt vs adding just during ferment? Not that Im against this approach . Im just throwing that out there.

No, I hear ya! I was just thinking for multiple additions if needed. in the boil is definitely the way to go with the syrup, but if a "kicker" wanted to be added, I was just curiious if that would work in that fashion as well.
