I am brewing tomorrow afternoon at some point. I had not had time to put my starter together as of yet. I was going to do it this afternoon and set that bad boy on the stir plate until I am ready to pitch. I would just assume it being a ready to pitch yeast already I should be good to go.
second thing it is a lager my first one, since I am going to ferment at cooler temps, should the wort be brought all the way down to the temp when chilling? along with the starter. Or will both be fine to start our around 65 degrees or so then place it in the "cave"????
