I use the mini-kegs set in a cooler connected to a regualr faucet. I clean my line, faucet and tap every time I change them over.

I generally run either PBW or BLC through the lines after a keg dies a noble death, then connect a clear water keg to flush out the percarbonates. Takes about 5 minutes, and I don't have to worry about sanitation as much. But I do sanitize every 3 months and tear down the taps and boil them, reassemble the taps and then run the beer till the water turns to beer (another miracle?) and I'm gtg.

Prost!
