Ran the new Blichmann burners today for the first time.

They rock and are really quiet - very nice quality stuff there.

My second Marris Otter based IPA with EKG at 70 and Northern Brewer at 20, 10 and 0.

I like my Blichmann burner, too. Should have bought one sooner!

I would have been brewing today, but Hurrican Karl is still dropping rain on the area.

It's 5 am and I'm starting the burners for strike water on 10 gallons of Oatmeal stout, and 5 gallons of patersbier.

I do my mashing before breakfast.
