Just mashed in a Witbier. Ran out of time to get a starter done Sunday night, so I worked yesterday and am brewing today.

I'm one week into my first brew! An ipa, I forgot to add the whirlflock, but so far have hit all of my numbers! Wish me luck for my first bottling day!

I hate it when you look over and see something you should have added. Good luck with the bottling and enjoy drinking it.

Just finished a blonde-ish with strawberries and blackberries. Going for something summery after the stout and IPA.

Just finished my second brew day this week.

It started yesterday with 50% of my base malt in a sour mash. Finished the brew today with the rest of the grist (a stinky grist at that). Pitched a blend of Wyeast Bel/Can yeast and Ardennes. After primary, it's going to secondary with some brett and other goodies I'm still working on getting worked out.
