White Labs Yeast

Tue May 25, 2010 7:39 pm

Has anybody else noticed White labs Vials are being being filled with more yeast than they used to be?
I'm wondering if more yeast is being put into the vials or just more solution.
They also changed the SRM of the labels...

I'm assuming a pun in reference to the color of the label. I haven't seen the new ones though.

Have they published that they are packaging more yeast per vial?

Yes SRM, the color of the label of WLP001 seems to be different lately.

I did notice the last vile of Belgian bastigone yeast seemed more full. It is a seasonal yeast so I thought that might have something to do with it.
