american blonde ale with TCHO nibs (maybe dosed with a touch of some mexican vanilla extract).

FYI, nibs nearly add no color to a beer....maybe 1-2 SRM
suck it

I am entering my first draft of a German Porter. It is what I would picture if the Germans were to make a porter. In short, it is really a Rogginbier as a base with copious amounts of chocolate rye and Bavarian heffe yeast. I figured since I can ship from work which is dirt cheap, and the entry fee is free, why not send my first draft. It is a good beer, and my friends seem to love it, but there are few things I want to change in the second revision. For example I think a decoction may help the beer, and I would like to give it just a slightest bit more depth. But hey, a very small chance at winning something is better then no chance at all. Besides, maybe the table who gets my beer will love it.

I have a couple of odd ball lagers that I regularly brew. One is like a malt liquor and the other is like an American Maibock. They usually turn out pretty good. I started them a bit late, we'll see how they turn out.

I am entering a Fresh Imperial Pale Ale, made with several pounds of fresh Cascade, Columbus and Nugget hops. The hops have been stored frozen in vacuum seal bags until last week. Mmmmm, smells tasty.

I'm thinking about entering my Porter brewed with Chocolate and Juniper Berries. Or the stout brewed with cranberries and choke cherries. They're both kind of old now, though, so I don't expect much success.
Primary: Maibock, Berliner Weisse
Bright Tank: Blueberry Mead, Printenschtout
Kegged: Scotch ale
