Ok... maybe not "now", but yesterday. Pretty smooth (albeit long) brewday. Hit my numbers on my first ever Bock.

Bock hot scotchies were tasty... Repitched some 833 for the third (and final) time.

Brewed Bugeater's Rye Cream Ale yesterday. I had some sample collection issues, so all I will say is that I got close to my numbers.

Pope's Biere de garde with WY oktoberfest lager blend instead of euro ale yeast. Plan on fermenting 58-low 60s range. Makin it a big daddy!

Strike water's at 120ish right now for Janet's brown. Rainy brew day in North Tx today. Hoping to be completely done with brew day and a baked ziti for dinner before USA v. America's hat Olympic hockey tonight at 6:30.

I'm about halfway through my mash for a dortmunder export. Its my second lager, just did schwarzbier three weeks ago.

getting ready to start a 13gal Black IPA,, 1st time using new grain mill, 1st time uses new valve on boil kettle,, 1st time trying to make chocolate wheat(roasting it myself in the oven)..
