Howdy BNers.
Its that time of the year. For the Falcons it's when we celebrate the birthday and passing of Doug King, one of our core members (and the guy who taught me to brew all-grain. I'm sure he'd be horrified by what I do now a days)
This competition focuses on Specialty beers and lagers, so if you've been playing around in the brewhouse (not in that way), send it our way for a prize.
Special rules this year:
Two Special Categories - Imperial Anything - 1.080+ and Custom Smoke Malt Challenge - for beers made with home smoked malt.
Any serving vessel works - 12oz bottles, 22's, growlers, pet bottles and kegs
An entrant can enter up to 3 entries per substyle. (I'm sick of people's wives suddenly showing up on their brew squads for their "second" entry)
