I have been getting some hazy beers lately. The most recent, Jamil's IPA from brewing classic styles.
Will an IPA have a little more haze to it because of the hop oils?
I have brewed an American wheat that has came out more clear than this IPA.
I hit all the numbers with this brew, (which I was very excited about I might add.) OG 1.068
Made the correct starter, let the beer finish (about two weeks before kegged.) FG 1.013 crash chilled it for a couple of days. I am thinking that I am doing everything right, but its a little hazy.....any thoughts, ideas would be greatly appreciated.
