Finishing up on a Black Butte Porter clone, which I tweaked, based upon the Jan-Feb BYO. Larry Sidor of Deschutes (and other brewers) gave some great insights on their Porters.

Looking forward to seeing how these changes (mash temp, hop type, hop schedule, IBU's) affect my current version...

Just mashed in on an All-Citra IPA. First brewday with a March Pump!

Just finished my Wheat Porter. Third brewday with a March Pump. It's messing with my process and my head.

Just finished my first Oatmeal Stout recipe. Underestimated for color but the flavor going into the fermenter was nice.

Just finished an Amer-Belg Wheat Beer. Yummmmmm, orange peel and corriander @ about 8% ABV.

Come by and sample some in about three weeks.

I'm on a brewing marathon this week.

All 5gal batches
Last night (7pm-5am): Scottish Ale (OG was 1.075!)
Tonight: Imperial IPA (23lbs of grain, 14oz hops)
Tomorrow: Strawberry Chocolate Stout
Sunday: Sticky Lesbian Sex Hard Cider
