Just finished a West coast blaster from BCS. I have an evil twin on tap that I love (the hop schedule on my evil twin is different because I had cascade and williamette on hand) and the malt bills are the same for the two, so I figured I'd give it a shot.

IN typical fashion, I had to monkey with the recipe, and upped the bittering addition to 58.9.

Brewing a Blonde right now (to keep the wife happy and to repitch the yeast on a Robust Porter in a couple of weeks)--midway through the Mash.

I love the smell of malting grains in the morning. Smells like...Victory.
