I've got strike water coming up to temp for a Nogne O "Barleywine" clone. It's not really barleywine but that's what Shelton Brothers wanted to call it. 145F for 60 minutes. Maris Otter, Wheat, Chocolate, but no Crystal. Chinook, Columbus, Centennial. 1.094.
