If you start with a dunkel and ferment high, you will get a lot of banana flavors without using actual bananas. I made a dunkel that way and it was a big hit

Brother I've hit a wall on money at the moment with work not working (at all) . I havent been able to make it. sucks, BUT! it is my next challenge and i will make sure to let everyone know how it works . I start my siebel online classes in jan. i may have to do something for that . so im trying to hold my beer money.
