not exactly what i expected for my first octoberfest

Sat Oct 24, 2009 1:36 pm

so last march i brew up my first octoberfest, my own recipe, a hybrid of several recipe variations. Tasted good in primary. I kegged it sometime early summer. Pulled it out today, and SOUR. lol not what i was shooting for, but im also a fan of sours so i guess its not a full out loss. Its actually quite tasty actually. so my latest beer tapped, crut's sour aaaachtoberfest.
think i'll go for another pint.
