I have entered it for several years, it is a good comp, but usually lacks some entries. I really should tell you not to enter it as they are giving away a conical but if I win I want it to be against the best.

I may have a Vanilla Robust Porter to enter...gotta taste it this weekend.

I need some advice on entries to the B3 forum comp.

It's a given that I'm entering the Golden Strong under category 18D, but....

I recently brewed a red with a serious Amarillo/Centennial aroma on it. I've also got a chocolate coffee stout that's fairly young.

The question is, should I enter the red under category 9D? The guideline says "Little or no hop aroma" and this thing definitely has hop aroma.

If I enter the red in the Specialty category, that means I can't enter the Choco/Coffee stout there. I'm screwed.

Advice?
