cascades stuff is really good. they made a blend of flanders reds which they served at our sour beer festival last week that was sooo good, I had it side by side with la folie and it was just as good if not better

What Nico describes are yeast characteristics, I think what the OP is relating to is that most microbreweries dry hop into some of there beers with yeast present and some of the hop bitterness resin compounds can carry over.
