about to start sparging. i'm making an american brown ale that i'm brewing up to consume with my buddy who's coming home on leave for a few weeks at the end of july from Iraq. i can't decide if that was a run on sentence or not.

No, I think you're good with that sentence. A lot of adjectives and adverbs in there, but that's not against the rules! Besides, there's no such thing as incorrect grammar when describing brewing related topics!

Just returned from Austin Homebrew with ingredients for Blegian Bombshell from the last Zymurgy. But, it's 102 in the backyard, so I am trying to decide if I should start brewing at 4 am or 5 am tomorrow.
