Sure! I'm ready to upgrade to a 10 gallon one anyway.

Yes, on this one I did a 2liter starter of Roselare. Took off like a rocket. I brewed it on 5/30, about 1 month ago, and everytime I don't see any activity, I try to put an airlock on it. Then it fills with spooge and I just put a piece of foil on it. It smells wonderful right now...slight oak aroma, and mild acidity. As I make some other sour beers over the next year, I'll inoculate it with each bacteria for the hell of it. As I understand it, some of them work at a lower Ph, which won't occur for awhile.

Just got back from BNA4/NHC. I did the Wood. Actually both of them..... Andy was better. :?
