A good red ale recipe

I'm on batch three I'm looking for a good extract/steeping batch...

I want the SG to be around 1.07 for 5 gallons and the IBU around 30-50 (a little bit on the hopper side), but not with the pine tasting hops...

what do we suggest guys?

Jamil's Amber is very good. The gravity is a bit lower than you requested, but you won't be disappointed.

It is conditioning in the fermenter right now. It tastes awesome. IBU's are in the mid 20's, but it has wonderful hop flavor and aroma. That technique is the shit!

If you do an extract version you'll need to get some munich extract. I think williams brewing sells it.

I did one of those. It may be the most popular brew I've made. Gonna do it again unless my equipment and ingredients for the Evil Twin come in first.
