Just did a bjcp style tasting of Rare Vos and Oro de Calabaza to go along with the most recent "commercial calibration" article. I'm just not as good at writing up scoresheets as those folks are. But at least I don't always come up with "biscuity".

Just got back from a Hispanic themed restaurant and sipped down a couple Negro Modelos while there.

A few hours before had a pint of Maui Brewing "Yellow Submarine" (Amarillo hops - mmmm) and a pint of Caldera's "Ginger Ale" on the guest tap at the Maui Brewing Brewpub.
