actually I guess this is the better thread for me to post in, it being more recent and all..
I am comfortable with mini-mashing, and the recipe I'm doing (Witbier from Brewing Classic Styles) calls for a minimash anyway. I'm just not sure how much Munich I should use and adjust the mash schedule accordingly.
