I started my night off with two pints of homebrew oatmeal brown, then two bottles of sierra nevada pale ale, then on to C.B. & Potts (local brewpub) for 80 cheap ounces of Blonde (it was alright, most of their beers are pretty meh). I think I'll have another pint of homebrew for a night cap! Done and done!

I compromised on my latest Dubbel that's conditioning right now. I fermented for a few days around 68 and then bumped it up to 72-74 for a for a couple of days. We'll see how it turns out. Used White Labs WLP500, by the way.

Since CYBI has been covering them, I tried out some of the Lagunitas line last night:

IPA: heart rate increases, breathing becomes labored and shallow, pupils dilate
Censored: full arousal, beads of sweat on the brow, thinking of paperwork and mowing the yard to last longer
Brown Shugga: Totally blows it in the pants... Clean up in aisle 3!!! :pop

I always misspell "ester" bc I always think of the name when the organic compound comes up.
