Not to go against the grain but I've got this recipe on tap right now. There's a nice balanced malt/hop thing going on that I like. Plenty of aroma from the simcoe. If I remember correctly, the 0 minute addition is a hopback addition when the pope brews it.

IIRC, the recipe discussed on the Jamil show was a Tasty recipe that was way bigger. Totally different beer.

That's right it was Tasty's Celebration clone. Awesome beer btw.

Well, I wasn't referring to that conversation. I was referring to the dry hopping brew strong show.

But I'll definitely listen to the Jamil Show with the Celebration too.
