Can some kindly brewer please provide the Pecome Blonde recipe from the article "Five Belgian-Inspired Clone Recipes"
in BYO July/August 2008?

Red Rock Pecome Blonde Clone

OG-1042
FG-1011
IBU-33
SRM-9
ABV-3.9%

6.9 lb. Weyermann Pilsner malt
.68 lb. Carapils
.27 lb. Crystal 40
.68 lb. Munich 10
6.65 AAU Tettnanger (1.9 oz. of 3.5% AA) @60 min
4.5 AAU Czech Saaz (1.5 oz. of 3% AA) @15 min
2 oz. German Perle @ 0 min
Wyeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity yeast

Mash @ 150. Boil for 90 min. Ferment @70. Condition for 14 days at 38. Carbonate to 2.9 vols.
On Deck: Brown Porter for Souring in Oak Barrel
Primary: Air
Secondary: Carcinoma Quad
Bottled: 10g Berliner Weiss, Sour Wit, Smoked Hefeweizen
Aging in Oak Barrel: Flanders Red, soon to be bottled, replaced with Porter
