Looking in BCS at the Janet's Brown recipe, in the book (when brewing an all grain version) it notes to scale down the 60 min hop addition by .75 and add 1oz to the mash. First how do you calculate the IBU's for this? Are we still trying to hit the 63 IBU mark as noted? If so how can we achieve this when we scale down the 60 min addition?

My LHBS was selling Northern Brewer for $6.99 an oz so I took liberties with the hops.

Same here. Gotta get my starter going tonight, I completely forgot last night. Was gonna brew tomorrow, but I don't think that's going to happen.
