belgian pale, triple, dry stout x 2, esb, Janet's Brown Ale, Irish Red, Dunkleweizen x 2, wit x 3, and the regular bitter. i am a devout follower of the pope.

American Wheat, hefeweiss, barley wine, Amber, Saison and weizenbock.

I've used it as a reference / starting point for a Saison, Flanders Brown, Belgian Specialty to name a few.

Most were modified somewhat except the FR, Kolsch and the Wit (which I think is Doc's)

15 so far. gonna brew 'em all eventually except the light lagers, apricot wheat, and likely hop hammer(that hop pilage ain't happening soon).
