Ok, when I started started doing secondaries in cornies I obviously needed a jumper cable for cornie to cornie transfers. No problem, two liquid QD's and a length of tubing, right? The jumper cable is a pain in the ass to clean and sanitize because it is a closed system. This was compounded by the fact that I only have 7 kegs. When most or all of my kegs are in use I didn't have a second keg to push cleaner/sanitizer from a liquid to liquid junction.

So in short I use the thingamajig to hook up to picnic faucet/QD to my jumper cable for easy cleaning. I've since found a few more good uses fir the coupler.

If I'd asked outright "How do you guy's clean your cornie to cornie jumper" it would not have been as fun as a reverse jeopardy on the solution I'd already employed. Hope no one was expecting a mind blowing revelation.

For me, a roll of silver dollars is much more appropriate.
