First of all 380 and 3068 are not even close... 3068 is THE ONLY HEFE YEAST... I don't know how often I have to say it... I love White Labs, but they don't have 3068.
Second, my normal ratio is 60/40 Wheat/Barley... I decided to mix it up a bit and you can see that the C40 doesn't mess up the color, so therefore yes you are an idiot. I used the C40 cause I wanted a bit more sweetness and body.

I always use 3068, but thats because I am a Wyeast fan. Anyway I read something from Kristen England saying that WLP300 and 3068 are the same strain.
