I brewed Tasty's Brown earlier this year and it was one of my all time favorites. I adjusted the hops to be mostly late additions and it had incredibly smooth bitterness.

I'll have to see what else I have for Hops for bittering besides the crap load of Cascade.

Thanks guys!

Hey Brew Engineer, (soon to be Big Daddy) :jnj
I brewed Janet's Brown last spring, after mellowing out for a few months it was terrific as it is a nice hoppy SOB.
Last Sunday I brewed the Dirty Water to the T, except I used an Englisg Style ale yeast. I think switching from Amarillo to Cascades would be great. If you do brew the Dirty Water and you make it to NYC, bring a few bottles along and we can compare with mine made with Amirillo.
Cheers.

I'm going to try to brew this within the next two weeks. I'll bring a few bottles down when we come to the city in December!
