I hope it is enough time

I am brewing tomorrow afternoon at some point. I had not had time to put my starter together as of yet. I was going to do it this afternoon and set that bad boy on the stir plate until I am ready to pitch. I would just assume it being a ready to pitch yeast already I should be good to go.

second thing it is a lager my first one, since I am going to ferment at cooler temps, should the wort be brought all the way down to the temp when chilling? along with the starter. Or will both be fine to start our around 65 degrees or so then place it in the "cave"????

You will get best results with chilling the wort down to 48-50 degrees then pitching your cold crashed decanted starter. The starter should be a bit cooler than the wort at pitching time. You can chill to 65 and pitch, just be sure to perform a diacetyl rest in the high 50's to low 60's for 48 hrs or so after primary fermentation is almost complete to clean up any off flavors/aromas produced during the warmer growth phase of the yeast.
