Barbequed Ham

Sat Apr 11, 2009 5:10 am

Forget the glazed spiral ham for Easter. My wife and I are barbequing a 20 lbs. fresh (uncured) ham today that we'll pull for sammiches. We started at 2:00 a.m. last night, and it has about 4-5 hours left to go. Good eats!
