Got mine on Friday!

I washed them with luke warm water and placed them upside down on the counter to dry.

Came back and one was on it's side with the bottom broken out exactly like the previously posted pic. Not sure how or when it happened... but my wife swears she didn't knock it over. I have my suspicions...

Oh well... I still have 2 and I used one last night with no problems!

sounds like some kind of glass conspiracy to me.

ive had several homebrews from mine and always hand wash them....no break yet. I think you guys should set up cameras to catch the glass breaking trolls in action.

I haven't been careful with mine at all. I wash them in the dishwasher and use the heat dry function. I have even dropped one. I think y'all are just being to dainty with your army issued wares and the RAT PAD gods are pist. Stop being sissies and treating them like glass vaginas.

OK #2 went now. Had it sitting in front of me on the computer desk with a little beer in it and heard the crack again. Am I cursed? It's still holding beer for now. Weird.

If anyone has problems with any of the glasses breaking randomly (not drunk dropping fellas) just let me know and I'll send out replacements asap. Sorry for the inconvenience. Part of the reason it took so long to put the glasses up for sale is that the glass company also did not do a perfect job on the artwork so I wasn't sure if I was going to sell them. Only did by popular demand and because the glass company would not take them back...fuckers.

So just email me if anyone else is having the same problem and I'll send replacements. next glass order will be from a new vendor.

Eh, I'll live.

I thought that getting 3 for $21 was already a steal. 2 for that much doesn't upset me at all! Just thought I'd put it out there in case there was some sort of defect you should know about.

If I lost them all, I'd gladly pay another $21 for 3 more... as I'm sure many of us would. The 2 I have left have made it through the washing machine just fine, and one I've been using all weekend with no problem!

Wow. I looked at mine and wondered how they could dick up the color registration twice. Turns out they only dicked it up once, then they became dicks.

It's no wonder customers are always surprised when there's a problem with a ring that got by us (it happens) and I say: "There's only three things I'm willing to do - remake it, repair it, or refund your money. Which do you prefer?". After a few seconds of silence while they try to find the catch and a reason to complain, nine out of ten say how much they appreciate doing business with us. That's a sad commentary on the way many businesses are run.

Oh, the other one out of ten demands that I pay them for the postage to return it to us. "Well naturally.", I always say. Only 2 out of 100 still complain at this point. God, I would hate to be them. I tell them that they only have one choice now, a refund. That always snaps them out of it and they realize they are being assholes, except for one guy a couple of years ago. After listening to him bitch for ten minutes I told him to send the ring back for a refund, that is now the only choice. He gets more pissed and demands to know why I won't replace or repair the ring. I told him "Ten minutes ago I told you the only three things that I can do. We get a considerable amount of sales from word of mouth. If people see you wearing our ring I'm certain we would loose business." Silence. "If I apologize for acting like an asshole, will you remake the ring? I was just all ready to have a hassle." I told him, "Sorry not to oblige with a hassle. If you want I'll remake it."

Justin; go with these guys.

http://www.egrandstand.com/

Our club has prolly ordered 3000 glasses from these guys over the last 10 years and they are always great.

The colors are good, lined up, and the artwork always looks good. Plus they then to sell Libby glassware, and I have seen the pint glasses hit the pavement and bounce. They are super durable.

Not a plug, just a satisfied customer.

Also; get some damn stickers going. The logo or a euro sticker with just BN or BNA on it.

I'd happily stick them on my laptop, my brewery, and my truck.

Thanks for the great shows.
