Dominion Pale Ale

Sun Jun 26, 2005 2:12 pm

12 oz. bottle from the brewpub. Freshness date of March 27, 2003. Poured out a dark amber color, some orange highlights. Aromas mostly of malts, with some hops in the background. As it warms up, the hops aromas become more prevalent. Tastes of malts, with a surprizing hops finish to it. Bitter, but not overdone. This beer is in much better condition than any other beer in a bottle I've had from this brewery. More like a Vienna than a pale ale, in my book at least.
