Brooklyn Pilsner

Mon Jun 20, 2005 7:08 am

A true 3 beer if ever there was one. 12 oz. brown bottle. Best before September 2003. Poured out an orangish color, with not much head to speak of. The head faded to a curtain of lacing on top of the beer. Aromas are very subdued, not very prevalent in any manner. Slight vegetable aroma, they must use corn as an adjunct in this beer. Either that, or it is already past it's prime. Tasted ok, but nothing to write home about. Underhopped in my opinion.
