Some craft beer brewers will fill cornies and some won't and it depends (among other things) on the local ABC regs. Some craft (and regional) breweries fill "sixtels" these are just about the same size as a corny and so will fit in your kegerator. They will have a Sankey tap so you will need a Sankey coupler. This is not a big deal. For the CO2 just run a gas line from your manifold to the gas port (barbed) on the copuler.
As for the CO2 pressure, ask the supplier how many volumes he wants his beer served at, comsut the chart for that volume at whatever temperature you store at and set the pressure accordingly. You will usually be OK if you serve at 8 - 10 psig.
