I'm gonna start this by saying DFH is probably my favorite brewery. I grew up in Delaware so I appreciate what they do for the area. I like the experimental edgy nature of their beers. Yeah, they are kind of gimmicky, but who isn't in craft beer. Tell me Lagunitas' Hop Stoopid's 100+ IBU's isn't a gimmick.
I enjoyed Midas Touch. If you let it warm up a bit and get the grape aroma and honey taste it is a pretty good mead/beer. (I've seen it classified as both)
I love Aprihop, 60, and 90 min IPAs, and the Punkin Ale is in my top 5 favorite beers.
I also do understand that some people just don't like the beer from certain places. I keep hearing Great Divide is good (I know I'm going to catch hell for this) but I can't find anything worthwhile besides the Oak Aged Yeti. Granted the Oaked Yeti is an amazing beer, I think they get a ton of praise for a brewery with one good beer.
But this kind of stuff is why beer is what it is. There are so many styles and variations that one man's drain pour is another man's favorite brew.
