Hi everyone,
I just wanted to check with you guys on the number of volunteers needed at the Pro-Am booth. Please let me know how many people you believe are needed to "man" a booth similar in size and taps to the 2007 booth (39 beers on tap). We are going to man the booth with only AHA volunteers this year, so I need an estimate for how many people total are needed per session.
Please let me know if you will be interested in working the booth again this year (October 9, 10, 11), and also let me know if you have friends who would be interested in helping out. As always, volunteers get one free pass per session worked. Thanks!
