Prep for the NHC

Question for Doc/other medical professional:
so Im planning on going to my first NHC coming up pretty soon and need some advice. I would like to drink as much as I can each day but am afraid that my liver will poop out on me midway through day 1. What can I do to prepare my liver in advance (fasting/vitamins/diet?) to best prevent my liver from dying? Also Im a little guy like doc so 5 beers and I'm trashed.
